PayTimeHub is run by two people, Saurabh Sharma and Ashay Saraswat. This page explains what happens to your data when you use this site, in plain language. If anything here is unclear, email us through the contact page and we'll answer directly.

What happens to what you type into a calculator

Every calculator on PayTimeHub runs client-side, in your browser. When you type or paste punch times, hourly rates, salary figures, or any other data into a tool, that data is processed locally on your device using JavaScript. It is never sent to our servers or to any third party as part of the calculation. We don't have a database of user input and can't see what you type into a calculator, because it never reaches us.

This is a deliberate design choice, not a promise about future behavior. If that ever changes for a specific feature, we'll say so clearly on that feature and update this page before it ships.

Analytics

We use privacy-focused, cookie-free analytics to understand aggregate traffic, for example which pages get visited and roughly how many people are on the site at a given time. This analytics data does not include anything you type into a calculator and cannot be tied back to you individually. If we ever add a different analytics provider, including one that uses cookies, we'll disclose it here first.

Advertising and cookies

This site may display advertising served by Google AdSense and other ad networks, including on some or all pages. These networks may use cookies or similar tracking technology to show ads that are more relevant to you, based on your visits to this site and other sites across the internet. This is standard behavior for ad-supported sites and is governed by each network's own privacy policy, not by us directly.

If you'd rather not see personalized ads, you can adjust your preferences at Google Ads Settings or opt out of interest-based advertising more broadly at aboutads.info. Opting out doesn't mean you'll see fewer ads, just less targeted ones.

Hosting and other service providers

This site is served through standard web hosting and content-delivery infrastructure, which processes basic technical data as part of normal operation, things like IP address, browser type, and request timing, for security and performance reasons. This is typical of any website and isn't specific to PayTimeHub.

Children's privacy

PayTimeHub isn't directed at children, and we don't knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. Since the calculators don't collect personal information from any user to begin with, this is mostly a formality, but we wanted to state it directly.

Your rights over your data

Because calculator inputs never leave your browser, there's generally nothing for us to access, correct, or delete on our end for that data. For anything we do hold, such as an email you send us through the contact page, you can ask us to delete it at any time and we will.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes in a meaningful way, we'll update the date at the top of this page. We'd encourage checking back occasionally if you're a regular user, but the core promise, that your calculator inputs stay on your device, isn't something we plan to change.
